Motivation Monday: What is in my scripture journal?

Motivation Monday: What am I reading?
Healing the Soul of a Woman By: Joyce Meyer
“Can a woman who has been deeply hurt by life’s circumstances be healed, heart and soul? If she has been wounded by a man she loved and trusted, can she love and trust again? As a woman who endured years of abuse, abandonment, and betrayal by those closest to her, Joyce Meyer can answer with a resounding “yes!” Information from Amazon.com
Praying God’s Word By: Beth Moore
“No matter how overwhelmed or out of control a person may feel today, Beth boldly reminds us that nothing is bigger or more powerful than the Lord. With this landmark book, we learn to wield the sword of the Spirit, praying God’s Word to break free from anything that has a hold on us until the joy and authority of Christ rules in our lives.” Information from Amazon.com

Motivation Monday: What is on my radio?
There was a time that I swore I would never go back
I was blind to the truth, didn't know what I had
I was running, I was searching
But every place I turned for healing
Left me more broken than the last
Take me back
To the place that feels like home
To the people I can depend on
To the faith that's in my bones
Take me back
To a preacher and a verse
Where they've seen me at my worst
To the love I had at first
Oh, I want to go to church.
Church (Take Me Back), Cochren & Co.
I was down on my luck, I was stuck
I was running 'round broken-hearted
I was sinking so fast
I couldn't last falling apart
And You could've ran away
Leaving me there in my shame
Leaving me fighting my pain
But You made a better way
Oh, oh, oh
I've been saved
Goodbye to the sinner, I'm held by the Father above
No more shame, for
I'm out of the desert and drowned in the power of love
Amazing grace, my soul set free
Ain't no grave, got a hold on me
I'm born again, born again
Washed by the water, I'm clean.
Born Again, Austin French
